Should I purchase a travel trailer if the guy has lost the title?

I am looking at buying an older model camp trailer. The guy can’t find the title but said he will apply for a "lost title"? Should I purchase this, and wait for the title? Or, if he gives me a bill of sale, can I go ask for the lost title and give his name?

Plugged in 2 radiator heaters and lost power in 4 outlets breakers are on? im scared?

My mom got me 2 radiator heaters delonghi and i plugged them both in, on different outlets and within 5 minutes i lost power in 1/4th of my trailer. All of the breakers are still on. Im scared to go to sleep what if it causes electrical fire. What can i do? Its like 3am

I lost the key to my horse trailer?
