Well, fellow LOSTies, today I had my weekly weigh in that ended week four of my journey. Remember, I am using Weight Watchers Online and beefing up my exercise to lose 108 pound by summer 2012 (in increments of 4,8,15,16,23,42). My last post I was able to enter 4 into my WeightLOST Hatch Computer. Today, I officially entered 8 into the keyboard. I have officially LOST 12.2 pounds in four weeks (4 + 8). I know that there will be setbacks, but the first month has been really good for me. My body is adjusting well to my new eating habits and I hope to find out this week that I will not need my cholesterol medication as my goal is to control it with diet and exercise.

Thank you so much for allowing me to share my journey with you. I have a long way to go (feels like I’m in season one of a six season series…), but I don’t think I’ve ever been this motivated to do something about my physical health. I’ll keep the updates going, even if I have a few hiccups along the way. Live together, die alone!
