They are both great shows,but i don’t think lost is insisting on itself at all.

They are explaing some of the questions that haven’t been answered,and
We will find out how it ends.We might not like it, but it should be interesting,

As far as Heros, i think it may be.i am not quite a fan of the show,and
have not really watched it since two seasons ago.

Overall i would Say that Heroes is the one that has lost my interest.

I haven’t watched "Heroes" at all, but I’m a huge Lost fan. Yes, I think that the last 2 seasons of LOST (4&5) don’t have the great sense of the first ones (1&2&3).

i absolutely LOVE lost, i am the biggest fan of the show!! as for heroes, i havnt watched the last series so im waiting for it on dvd!! but lost is a MUST SEE i think!! its completely mind blowingly confusing but i love to hate it!!!
