Where can I access free Internet tv in the UK for programmes like Lost and 24?

Thought it only fair to delete question about 24 and Lost as I discovered it was digibox that needed updating this time – though Virgin did take Sky tv away before when it switched from Telewest.
Thanks to those who replied – I would still like to know where I can view tv shows free in the UK – some you mentioned were U.S. based and do not give U.K. access.

There is a service of Internet based satellite TV and that should work all around the world. IT is not totally free, you pay a one-time fee of $50 or so. Then it becomes free for lifetime.
